WARUNG MAK JANAH, TANJUNG PANDAN BELITUNG

Hellow!! It's 'harpitnas' aka hari kejepit nasional aka I wish I could have days off and here I am....still in the office but, my mind is on vacation lol...So, let me continue about my last Belitung trip. When I did my research about Belitung, I was curious about this small warung owned and named as Mak Janah....yes it is Warung Mak Janah. She sells Belitung staple simple meals such as mie Belitung, suto or soto Belitung, gado-gado, etc. I have tried the mie Belitung so my main target in Warung Mak Janah is their famous soto Belitung. From what I read, I can be sure that this soto is more suitable for my palatte than mie Belitung.

ICE WORLD, KOTA KASABLANKA

Adakah yang kaya Ms.AH...demen minum Oolong tea dari Kedai Teh Enam Tiga pas lagi jalan-jalan ke mal? Buat yang suka juga, pasti tau yah rasa teh di situ nendang banget, pait sekaligus dingin dan seger. Nah sekarang di Kota Kasablanka ada tempat baru namanya Ice World yang jualan minuman ala ala Taiwanese bubble tea pake basednya teh Enam Tiga itu. 

Q-TALK ICE MONSTER @ MAL TAMAN ANGGREK

Ahoy teman-teman sesama pecinta yang dingin-dingin manis, ada tempat baru nih namanya Q-Talk Ice Monster di MTA. Adalah es yang diserut alusss banget, sealus pipiku...dan ditambahkan flavoring n toping. Ms.AH udah beberapa kali coba, nah terakhir cobain yang rasa green tea dengan default toping mochi, puding pannacota, dan kacang merah. Ms.AH kurang suka sih yang rasa green tea ini, kacang merahnya juga kaya ada bau-bau anehnya, malah yang paling enak pudingnya. Tapi ada rasa milky fruity yang uenaaaak banget di sini. So, next time Ms.AH bakal stick back to that milky thingy. Sebagai alternatif kalo lagi bosen sama creamy ice cream, Q-Talk ini oke koq buat dicoba :D Semoga banyak yang suka juga deh sama Q-Talk ini biar Ms.AH bisa terus jajan di sini. Mari kita ramaikan Q-Talk  :P Kadang ada beberapa tempat yang Ms.AH suka harus tutup karena sepi, apakah itu artinya selera Ms.AH bukan selera mainstream? Semoga yang satu ini long lasting yah....Ayooo dicoba-dicoba!!!

GONG CHA @ CENTRAL PARK

So...by looking at how many bubble tea joints in CP, we can say that people here  are still goin gaga for bubble tea rite? In contrary, Ms.AH haven't getting much connection with any of them lately. Well, after having a very heavy early dinner in Jun Njan (will post about it soon), Ms.AH and Mr.HATT deciding to have an exercise in CP. Yup, we considered strolling around a mall for 1,5 hours as our sport :) Halfway, we stumbled across a Gong Cha kiosk and stop there. Well, not much choice for us to choose, very different from the Singapore's branch. Since Ms.AH felt very thirsty and craving for something refreshing but not milky, the green tea yogurt seems like the wisest pick. Ms.AH expect it to be sour but it turned out differently, but not sickly sweet either. In normal condition, Ms.AH would find it nice, the green tea flavour was there with only a hint of sourness. Yah well...  now Ms.AH and the fetus inside are always in need of sour kick so this drink wasn't satisfied us. Really, if it wasn't for Ms.AH's bias taste, the drink is actually good.

XI MEN DING, TAIWAN CUISINE @ SENAYAN CITY

Apakah sudah ada yang bertanya-tanya kenapa Ms.AH rada lama gak laporan-laporan tentang makanan? Gak ada yang tanya ya.... :( ?  Ya udah gapapa, karena Ms.AH dan Mr.HATT lagi hepi berat tapi kata orang pamali kalo diceritain sekarang euy, nanti aja kalo udah pasti xixixixi. Eniwei, mari kita kembali ke topik. Minggu lalu Ms.AH, Mr.HATT, cici ipar, dan suaminya lunch bareng di Xi Men Ding, Senayan City, beginilah ceritanya...

 

SHARE TEA WITH VOUCHER (MATCHA RED BEAN MILK TEA) @ MTA

Lately, those voucher site haven't got any interesting promo that made Ms.AH's heart skip a bit XP. If anybody out there know about new interesting voucher promo website other than those usual, please let Ms.AH know, will you? From food and beverage voucher purchased, Share Tea is Ms.AH's last stock. With the voucher, we can get 5 different drinks for as little as IDR.50,000,- not bad huh? Visiting MTA have been a ritual for Ms.AH since mom and dad are actually living above the mall, so Ms.AH choose Share Tea MTA outlet as the pick up point. The place is colorful and cheerful, exactly  like how a good bubble tea place should be. The variation of their drinks are not as wide as other joints but they do offered some quirky flavours and varieties such as choco cheese something, blended drinks with ice cream which is almost never found in other bubble tea spots. 

OCHADO @ PIK

After having the Stevan's steak, Ms.AH walked back to the parking lot and saw Ochado Bubble Tea nearby. Who can resist something sweet after a hearty meal? Not Ms.AH of course. Ms.AH went inside the shop and felt a bit intimidated by the woman behind the cash register. She had this cold expression without any smiley aura and looked impatient. Too scared to ask more about the menus,Ms.AH made a quick uncertain order, Okinawa Matcha Milk Tea with coffee crystal. Gosh, it turned out to be a good decision, one of the best tea that Ms.AH ever tried. At the bottom of the cup, sit those thick matcha goodness, giving you a strong flavor. They made this drink with real matcha, Ms.AH could taste the tea pulp. When Ms.AH got the first sip and found the bitterness of matcha was there, the milky sweets was there, all of sudden the woman's unfriendliness forgiven. Now Ms.AH has a new favorite drink.
